In this week’s Gospel, Jesus tells us how “the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out at dawn to hire laborers for his vineyard.” God invites both those who have labored a lifetime for Him and those who come at the last hour into His kingdom.

Let us not be jealous of the generosity of others and follow the landowner’s example.
