Jesus asks His disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” Through faith Peter grasped who Jesus truly was, and in turn Jesus establishes Peter as His rock on whom Christianity would be built. Like Peter, we are called to strive to be worthy of our call to take the Good News of Christ’s message into the world.
