Dear St. Jude, please continue to intercede for me. I humbly ask for God’s forgiveness for all my sins. Please change my heart and cleanse my soul. Remove all the bad habits that I have. My body has urges that is uncontrollable and I don’t know how to make myself get better. Please remove all unhealthy thoughts. Remove all anxiety, worry, sadness and all the evil things in me. Please help me. Please give me strength to keep doing what is good and to offer my life to God. Never allow me to be separated from God. Please hear out all my hearts desires. Amen
