St. Jude: I have been praying to you for 35 years. You have always interceded for me with the Lord. I carry a St. Jude medal with me and I pray to you daily. I have been to the National Shrine several times. I have told many people about you. You are my special and powerful patron.

Thank you for all the help you have given to me over the years. I am asking for your help again. Please pray for me. Please intercede for me. I am having serious problems at work. Please pray that my work problems are resolved in a positive way.

Also, St. Jude, please pray that the problems between my family members begin to heal. Finally, St. Jude, please pray that my mom’s health improves, including her Alzheimer’s condition.
