Most holy Apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, please intercede on my behalf today that he may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and suffering, particularly that I may be healed in mind, body and soul from my debilitating panic, and anxiety.
