Father God thank you for everything. Lord I pray that my claim is approved. I was waiting for the representative to call during the scheduled time for an interview. But he called outside the scheduled time and left a message. I called customer service twice to clarify my situation. I was waiting and available during the scheduled time. Customer service transferred me directly to the representative’s voicemail. I left my contact information and made serval attempts calling back. Also, customer service said that I can try to contact the representative back after the New Year. Blessings for the New Year for my father, sister, niece, entire family, and co-works.
