Dear St. Jude, friend of Jesus. I humbly ask that you ease my task in getting my doctor to prescribe the right anti-depressant for me as well as him looking at my prior diagnosis paperwork and grant me a medical marijuana card. I am a 68 years old and basically alone and I want the best chance I have in easing my many spine, joint and lung problems. I ask all this for myself, the Lord’s servant, Dennis Owen Baker, in the name of Jesus, who can do all things. Amen.
