Please help Tony D. keep his promise to move out of our deceased brother’s house. Our brother Jonas died in May 2021. Tony has reneged on his promise throughout since then. Each month he would change his mind. We finally took him to eviction court this past July where he told the judge he would move out by Aug. 10. On Aug 3, the anniversary of Jonas’s birthday, he let us know he could only move out on Aug 14. On Aug, 13 he called and said his new place was not ready and could only move on Aug 16. Please help Tony D, to keep this last promise so that we don’t have to call the Cook County Sheriff to throw him and his belongings out on the street.
