Dear St Jude
I ask you please to intercede for me. I need my insomnia stopping. It’s been going on for four years and it’s really blighting my life. Stops me from doing things, enjoying things, helping others. I can’t even ring my brother. Self care is minimal and the house is in a mess- can’t invite friends round. I survive not live. What is the point of letting me suffer like this when I could be doing good?
Please pray for me that this suffering ends. Thank you
